Here you will find answers to the most frequently asked questions.

  • Our seminars are suitable for anyone involved in identity verification. With the help of our trainings, you will be able to properly check international identity documents, passports, visas, residence permits and many more, and identify forgeries. By that you can actively contribute to preventing crimes such as identity fraud and money laundering.

  • If you already have several years of experience in document auditing, the advanced seminars or the further training to become a document expert are the right choice for you. To get started and refresh your knowledge, our basic modules are suitable. To get to know the college and the quality of the seminars, we recommend the FREE webinar "ID Card Forgery". It takes place monthly and is suitable for all industries.

  • Our seminars can be booked online, at your company or at our college location in Bayreuth. If you are planning to attend together with your colleagues, we will be happy to assist you in finding the right type of teaching. Contact

  • A teaching unit or lesson is 45 minutes.

  • You will receive a certificate of attendance for each successfully completed module. Successfully completed means continuous attendance. The expert module is completed with a written and oral examination.

  • You will find a contact form under each seminar description. If you fill this out, you will receive a message from us immediately with further information about the booking. Our store will be online shortly. For your seminar booking, simply place the selected seminar in the shopping cart. The shopping cart will take you to our store where you can pay for the seminar directly. We offer payment by credit card, PayPal or invoice.

  • You do not need any additional software for our eLearning course "AMLA-compliant identity verification". After payment, you will receive a link that will take you directly to the course.

    For webinars we use Microsoft Teams. You do not need to have a license but receive a link from us to register for the webinar. We will then send you the participation link. You do not need to download any software to participate, just click on the participation link. Usually, your laptop or computer is equipped with a webcam and microphone. However, it is also possible to dial in by telephone.

  • For each seminar (exception: FREE webinar) you will receive the most important lesson contents summarized in a handout.

  • The seminars take place from at least 3 participants.
